Personal information on this form is collected under the legal authority of the Municipal Act, as amended. This information is collected and maintained for the purpose of picking up one free tree from the Municipality of West Elgin. AVAILABLE TO PROPERTY OWNERS IN WEST ELGIN ONLY

Spruce up West Elgin with your choice of 1 FREE 48-60 inch potted Yellow Birch, Sugar Maple, or Bur Oak Tree limited quantities, 1 per family/property due to limited quantities.

Pick-Up Information: Tentative April 29th, 2023 from 9 am to 12 noon, at the Public Works Yard (Date to be confirmed in April with email sent to all requestors)
