Personal information on this form is collected under the legal authority of the Municipal Act, as amended. This information is collected and maintained for the purpose of setting up email billing for water and tax bills.  Questions about this collection should be directed to the Clerk, at 22413 Hoskins Line, Rodney, ON 519-785-0560 or clerk@westelgin.net.  This information will be kept private and confidential unless otherwise required by law.

I acknowlege and would like to sign up for electronic billing of my Property tax account and or Water/Wastewater account.

I authorize the Corporation of the Municipality of West Elgin to transmit all future Property Tax bills and or Water/Wastewater Utility bills to the email address provided above.  By submitting this form I confirm I am the account holder or secondary name listed on the account and I am authorized to make this change.

I understand that I will not receive Property Tax bills and/or Water/Wastewater Utility bills by regular mail and that failure to receive a Property Tax bill and/or Water/Wastewater Utlity bill does not excuse me from the responsibility of payment of my Property Tax bill and or Water/Wastewater Utility bill, nor relieve me from the liability of penalty for late payments.  I accept responsiblity for contacting the Municipality with any future change in my email address.  Please note that by taking advantage of this billing delivery option, your billing cycle, due dates, and payment methods remain the same.

I understand that E-mail transmissions to participants may included additional electronic correspondence from the Municipality.
